Ethics and organization
In order for ethics to “bloom” correctly, it must ideally grow in fertile soil. So the presence of an environment that facilitates its deployment is key (e.g.: senior management sensitized to the importance of ethics; managers promoting ethics within their respective teams by encouraging and participating in discussion of ethical questions; offering training on ethics, etc.)
In this section, I present the themes of “ethical culture” and “ethical leadership”, seen as “fertilizers” that foster the germination of ethics within organizations.
